Brit Marling returns for another mind-bending journey as she hops into an alternate dimension in the official trailer for Season 2 of Netflix's cult mystery series "The OA."

The streaming drama, which also stars Jason Isaacs, Emory Cohen, Sharon Van Etten, Will Brill, and Phyllis Smith, is co-created by Marling and her longtime collaborator, writer-director Zal Batmanglij. They previously worked together on the critically acclaimed thrillers "The East" and "Sound of My Voice."

"The OA" centers on Prairie (aka "OA") Johnson (played here by Marling), a blind woman who went missing half a decade ago, only to suddenly return to her hometown with no recollection of those years and with her eyesight now miraculously restored. Her disappearance is a part of a broader mystery, involving alternate dimensions.

PART II will again center on Prairie. This time, she wakes up in an alternate timeline. It's the year 2016, but Barack Obama was never the president. Prairie soon partners up with a local private eye (played by Kingsley Ben-Adir, from "King Arthur: Legend of the Sword") as they investigate a group of missing teens who are connected to Prairie's alternate past life.

Co-starring Ian Alexander, Brendan Meyer, Chloe Levine, Brandon Perea, and Patrick Gibson with a special guest appearance from the now-late, "Walking Dead" actor Scott Wilson, "The OA: Part II" is set to stream on Netflix beginning March 22nd.

Seven years after vanishing from her home, a young woman returns with mysterious new abilities and recruits five strangers for a secret mission.
