It's the simple romantic story of good girl meets bad boy.

Check out the official trailer for "After," the upcoming film adaptation of the best-selling romance novel of the same name by Anna Todd.

The film stars Josephine Langford (Wish Upon) as Tessa, a first-year college student who unexpectedly finds herself falling in love with a brooding bad-boy with a dark secret named Hardin (played by Hero Fiennes Tiffin, nephew of Ralph and Joseph Fiennes).

Directed by Jenny Gage (All This Panic) and written by Susan McMartin (TV's Mom, Mr. Church), "After" also co-stars Selma Blair (Hellboy I and II), Peter Gallagher (TV's Covert Affairs), and Jennifer Beals (TV's Taken).

The film is scheduled to hit theaters on April 12th.

synopsis:
AFTER follows Tessa (Josephine Langford), a dedicated student, dutiful daughter and loyal girlfriend to her high school sweetheart, as she enters her first semester in college. Armed with grand ambitions for her future, her guarded world opens up when she meets the dark and mysterious Hardin Scott (Hero Fiennes Tiffin), a magnetic, brooding rebel who makes her question all she thought she knew about herself and what she wants out of life.
