Well, you ain't never had a friend like ... a blue-colored Will Smith!
Check out a brand-new sneak-peek teaser for Disney's eagerly-anticipated live-action adaptation of the classic animated musical "Aladdin," which just debuted during Sunday night's airing of the 2019 Grammy Awards.
Directed by Guy Ritchie (Sherlock Holmes, King Arthur: Legend of the Sword), the film casts Egyptian-Canadian actor Mena Massoud (from the Amazon series "Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan") as the titular street urchin, Aladdin; English-Indian actress Naomi Scott (Power Rangers) as Princess Jasmine, and Dutch-Tunisian actor Marwan Kenzari (Murder on the Orient Express) as nefarious sorcerer Jafar.
Meanwhile, Will Smith takes on the iconic role as the blue-colored Genie, which is done mostly in CGI -- although, Smith will also appear in human form in some scenes.
