Natasha Lyonne is having one hell of a night, in which she keeps dying over and over again in a continuous loop.

The "Orange is the New Black" actress plays a drug-addled New Yorker who finds herself in a bizarre Groundhog Day-like scenario in the official trailer for the new Netflix original series "Russian Doll," which is co-created by Lyonne, comedienne Amy Poehler and writer-director Leslye Headland (Sleeping with Other People, Bachelorette).

The darkly comic series centers on Nadia (Lyonne), a hard-partying woman who, after a night of boozing and doing drugs, finds herself attending a friend's dinner soiree. But when she decides to leave the party, something very strange happens -- she dies in a horrible accident, yet immediately returns back to the same dinner party like nothing has changed. Yet, when she leaves again, she then dies again. She eventually realizes she is stuck in some kind of time loop -- or perhaps, she is simply crazy and needs to be committed.

"Russian Doll" is written by Headland, who also directs the first three episodes of the eight-episode series. Director Jamie Babbit (Silicon Valley, But I'm a Cheerleader) also directs several episodes, while Lyonne will make her directorial debut with the final episode.

"Russian Doll" is set to premiere February 1st only on Netflix.
