DC Universe has released a first-look teaser for their next original streaming series "Doom Patrol," which is the live-action adaptation of the beloved DC superhero team of the same name.

While attempting to pose for a Christmas card photo in this 30-second footage, we get to see the team's lineup of eccentric superheroes, including Robotman (voiced by The Mummy's Brendan Fraser), Negative Man (voiced by Magic Mike's Matt Bomer), Elasti-Girl (played by Two and a Half Men's April Bowlby), Crazy Jane (played by Orange Is the New Black's Diane Guerrero), and a new re-imagined Cyborg (played by The First Purge's Joivan Wade).

Executive produced and written by "Supernatural" producer Jeremy Carver, "Doom Patrol" is a spin-off of DC Universe's first original superhero series "Titans."

Founded and supervised by rogue scientist Dr. Niles Caulder, aka The Chief, (played by veteran British actor Timothy Dalton -- James Bond, Penny Dreadful), Doom Patrol is a motley group of emotionally (and physically) scarred misfits who each have been granted superhuman abilities as a result of traumatic events.

They have come together to investigate the world's weirdest mysteries. But when Cyborg comes to them with a delicate yet dangerous mission, the Doom Patrol reluctantly accepts the assignment.

"Doom Patrol" is set to premiere February 15, 2019, exclusively on the subscription-based streaming service, DC Universe.

DOOM PATROL is a re-imagining of one of DC's most beloved groups of outcast Super Heroes: Robotman, Negative Man, Elasti-Girl and Crazy Jane, led by modern-day mad scientist Dr. Niles Caulder (The Chief).

The Doom Patrol's members each suffered horrible accidents that gave them superhuman abilities -- but also left them scarred and disfigured. Traumatized and downtrodden, the team found purpose through The Chief, who brought them together to investigate the weirdest phenomena in existence -- and to protect Earth from what they find.

Part support group, part Super Hero team, the Doom Patrol is a band of super-powered freaks who fight for a world that wants nothing to do with them. Picking up after the events of TITANS, DOOM PATROL will find these reluctant heroes in a place they never expected to be, called to action by none other than Cyborg, who comes to them with a mission hard to refuse, but with a warning that is hard to ignore: their lives will never, ever be the same.
