What if Heaven was a badly mismanaged corporation, run by an apathetic God who has just decided to blow up Earth?

Well, that's essentially the gist of "Miracle Workers," the new limited comedy series for TBS, which stars "Harry Potter" alum Daniel Radcliffe as Craig, a low-level angel who has been sent to work at one of the sorely neglected departments in Heaven Inc. -- the Dept. of Answered Prayers.

While overwhelmed by a heavy workload, Craig is ecstatic to meet his new and only co-worker, Eliza (played by "Blockers" breakout star Geraldine Viswanathan). But when they try to take on the Herculean task of answering all of humanity's prayers, Craig and Eliza quickly come to the conclusion that Earth is in desperate need of a miracle.

The problem is, the only person with the power to grant Earth its miracle is the same person who just wants to give up and blow up Earth into smithereens. Of course, that person is Craig and Eliza's apathetic boss ... the one and only, God (played here by a long-haired Steve Buscemi).

"Miracle Workers" is created, written, and executive produced by former "Saturday Night Live" writer Simon Rich, who also created the FXX surreal romantic comedy series "Man Seeking Woman." The TBS series is based on Rich's own Heaven-set comedy novel "What in God's Name."

Co-starring Karan Soni, Sasha Compere, and Jon Bass, "Miracle Workers" will premiere Tuesday, February 12, 2019 on TBS. Watch the newly-released official trailer, above.
