Oscar-winner Michael Caine tries to pull off a daring jewelry heist with the help of "Daredevil" star Charlie Cox in the new U.S. trailer for "King of Thieves."

Based on the incredible true story of how a group of mostly elderly criminals successfully pulled off one of the biggest robberies in U.K. history (known as "the Hatton Garden Safe Deposit Burglary"), yet fell prey to dirty tricks and backstabbing, the British film also stars Oscar-winner Jim Broadbent, Ray Winstone (The Departed), Tom Courtenay (45 Years), and Michael Gambon (the Harry Potter films) as the other members of Caine's grizzled gang of jewel thieves.

The film is directed by James Marsh, who previously helmed the critically acclaimed Stephen Hawking biopic "The Theory of Everything" and the Oscar-winning documentary "Man on Wire."

Based off a Vanity Fair article and written by Joe Penhall (creator of the Netflix series "Mindhunter"), "King of Thieves" is making its way to the States next month, hitting select theaters and VOD/Digital HD on January 25th.
