To escape the harsh realities of war, a young Korean P.O.W. becomes obsessed with learning to tap dance as he joins a prison camp dance team.

Check out the trailer for the upcoming Korean War-set tap dance drama "Swing Kids," which stars South Korean pop-star Do Kyung-soo (aka D.O.) as a captured North Korean soldier who winds up falling in love with the American art form of tap dance after he is sent to a POW camp where he is soon recruited to participate in a dance show led by an African-American soldier who was once a big-time Broadway dancer.

Co-starring Jared Grimes, Park Hye-Su, Oh Jung-Se, and Kim Min-Ho, the film is directed by Korean filmmaker Kang Hyeong-Cheol, who previously made the Korean blockbusters "Tazza: The Hidden Card," "Scandal Makers," and "Sunny."

In this swinging musical drama set during the Korean War, the soldiers at a POW camp plan a tap show to distract both themselves and the prisoners from the hardships of war.
