Check out the official full-length trailer for Season 2 of the Emmy-winning Amazon series "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel."

Hailing from "Gilmore Girls" creator Amy Sherman-Palladino, the streaming dramedy has Rachel Brosnahan reprising her Emmy-winning role of Miriam 'Midge' Maisel, a newly-divorce New York Jewish housewife and mother of two who is embarking on a career as a professional stand-up comic during the late 1950s.

The series also stars Emmy-winner Alex Borstein as Midge's spitfire comedy manager, Susie Myerson, while Tony Shalhoub and Marin Hinkle play Midge's disapproving father and mother with strong traditional values.

Season 2 will have Midge taking her off-color comedy act to the Catskills, a popular Jewish destination spot in the Catskill mountains of New York, known for its comedy circuit where it helped launch the careers of America's most famous comedians of its day.

Co-starring Michael Zegen, Kevin Pollak, and Jane Lynch with Luke Kirby as legendary New York comic Lenny Bruce, "The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel: Season 2" is set to premiere December 5 on Amazon Prime Video.

In 1958 New York, Midge Maisel's life is on track- husband, kids, and elegant Yom Kippur dinners in their Upper West Side apartment. But when her life takes a surprise turn, she has to quickly decide what else she's good at -- and going from housewife to stand-up comic is a wild choice to everyone but her.
