Check out the official trailer for "Run the Race," an inspirational faith-based high school football drama executive produced by ex-NFL quarterback Tim Tebow and his brother, Robby Tebow.

The film stars Tanner Stine (from the YouTube series "Impulse") and Evan Hofer (from Disney's "Kickin' It") as two athletically gifted teenage brothers living in a dead-end town who are both trying to earn college sports scholarships.

When one of the brothers suddenly suffers a traumatic knee injury, which pretty much ends his high school football career, the other brother is forced to pick up the slack and devote himself into becoming an all-state track star in order to preserve the dream of leaving home and going to college on a sports scholarship.

The cast also includes Frances Fisher (Titanic, Unforgiven) as the brothers' grandmother, Mykelti Williamson (Fences, Forrest Gump) as the football coach, and Kristoffer Polaha (Castle, Life Unexpected) as the boys' deadbeat father.

Directed by Chris Dowling (Where Hope Grows), "Run the Race" will be released in theaters on February 22, 2018.

synopsis:
In RUN THE RACE, two desperate brothers sacrifice today for a better tomorrow.

Reeling from his mother's death and his father's abandonment, Zach, an All-State athlete, finds glory on the football field, working to earn a college scholarship and the brothers' ticket out of town.

When a devastating injury puts Zach -- and his dreams -- on the sidelines, David laces up his track cleats to salvage their future and point Zach toward hope.

RUN THE RACE shows what's possible when you run to -- instead of from -- the overwhelming love of God.
