Comedian Jason Mantzoukas embarks on a wild and foolish cross-country road trip with "Spider-Man: Homecoming" actor Tony Revolori in the newly-released trailer for the comedy "The Long Dumb Road."

Mantzoukas plays a newly-unemployed, freewheeling mechanic ("with kind eyes") who hitches a ride with a nerdy college student (played by Revolori) who is, at the moment, driving through the American Southwest to get to Los Angeles for art school.

Along the way, the unlikely commuters encounter a cast of colorful characters, as well as two traveling sisters, played by The Nun's Taissa Farmiga and Mr. Robot's Grace Gummer.

Indie filmmaker Hannah Fidell (A Teacher, 6 Years) directs the road-trip comedy from a script she co-wrote with filmmaker Carson Mell (Another Evil).

Co-starring Casey Wilson and Ron Livingston, "The Long Dumb Road" is hitting theaters on November 9th and on VOD November 16th. Watch the trailer, above.

synopsis:
The Long Dumb Road tells the story of two very different men (Tony Revolori and Jason Mantzoukas), at personal crossroads who meet serendipitously and take an unpredictable journey through the American Southwest. At once comedic and honest, the film explores how differences in class, race, age, and life experience divide us, and how they can ultimately bring us together.
