After she is suddenly endowed with superpowers, a 17-year-old girl is forced to go on the run from the government, only to discover that she is, somehow, connected to a recent spate of UFO sightings, in which mysterious orbs of lights have been spotted floating around in the sky.

Check out the trailer for "At First Light," a close-encounter thriller about a fugitive teen girl with extraordinary, yet radioactive powers (played by Stefanie Scott, from "Insidious: Chapter 3") who finds herself at the center of a strange UFO mystery.

Also, starring Theodore Pellerin (Boy Erased), Said Taghmaoui (Wonder Woman), Percy Hynes White (Marvel's The Gifted), and Kate Burton (TV's Scandal), "At First Light" is the second feature film from writer-director Jason Stone, who previously made 2014's serial-killer detective thriller "The Calling" with Susan Sarandon, but is perhaps better known for directing 2007's Seth Rogen-and-Jay Baruchel short film "Jay and Seth Versus the Apocalypse."

"At First Light" is being released in theaters and on VOD September 28th.

synopsis:
Sean (Theodore Pellerin) and Alex (Stefanie Scott) go on the run after Alex has a close encounter with mysterious orbs of light that leave her with extraordinary powers.
