Check out a brand-new trailer for "A Discovery Of Witches," the British supernatural fantasy series based on the best-selling "All Souls" trilogy by novelist Deborah Harkness.

Teresa Palmer (Hacksaw Ridge) stars alongside Matthew Goode (Watchmen) in this British television drama that follows a young, brilliant historian named Diana Bishop (Palmer) as she uncovers a hidden supernatural world when she discovers that she, herself, comes from a long line of witches.

Goode plays Matthew Clairmont, a geneticist who also happens to be an alluring vampire. He and Diana become unlikely allies when she unearths an ancient, rare magical manuscript that was tucked away in one of England's most oldest and largest libraries.

The cast also includes Alex Kingston, Lindsay Duncan, Valarie Pettiford, Tanya Moodie, Daniel Ezra, and Owen Teale.

Horror director Juan Carlos Medina (The Limehouse Golem, Painless) directs the first two installments of the eight-episode series, which is set to air in the U.K. September 18 on the Sky One network. (As of yet, there is no official U.S. release date.)
