The Padre — Trailer

added: Mon, Jul 23rd '18

In the revenge thriller "The Padre," veteran film actor Nick Nolte (Warrior, 48 Hrs) stars as a rogue U.S. Marshal who travels to Colombia to hunt down an elusive con-man posing as a priest (played here by Pulp Fiction's Tim Roth).

Co-starring Luis Guzman (Boogie Nights, Traffic) as Nolte's hired Spanish-speaking tour-guide and newcomer Valeria Henriquez as a 16-year-old Colombian girl who becomes the fugitive priest's unlikely sidekick, the cat-and-mouse thriller is directed by Canadian filmmaker Jonathan Sobol, who previously made 2013's Kurt Russell-starring caper comedy "The Art of the Steal."

"The Padre" is slated to be released on VOD August 28th and in theaters September 28th. In the meantime, you can check out the film's trailer, above.
