Lest anyone thought "Justice League" would be the last time we would see the King of the Seven Seas in action -- well, truth be told, "the ride ain't over yet. My Man!"

Fresh from today's premiere at San Diego Comic Con, feast your eyes on the very first official trailer for the much-anticipated DC superhero movie "Aquaman," which once again sees Jason Momoa in the title role.

The film, directed by acclaimed genre helmer James Wan (Furious 7, The Conjuring), will explore Arthur Curry's history as he returns to his underwater home to reclaim the throne.

In addition to Momoa, the cast also includes Amber Heard (Justice League) as Mera, Aquaman's main ally who is a warrior princess; Patrick Wilson (The Conjuring films) as Orm, the present King of Atlantis. who is also Aquaman's half brother.

Appearing as Aquaman's parents, Queen Atlanna and ordinary lighthouse keeper Tom Curry, are Oscar-winner Nicole Kidman and veteran Maori actor Temuera Morrison (Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones).

Meanwhile, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (from the Netflix hip-hop series "The Get Down" and who was recently tapped to co-star in HBO's upcoming "Watchmen" series) plays Black Manta, a nefarious treasure hunter who eventually becomes Aquaman's archenemy.

"Aquaman" is coming to theaters December 21st.
