Jenny from the block is movin' on up, to a deluxe apartment in the sky, in her latest comedy "Second Act."

Check out the film's trailer which sees Jennifer Lopez as Maya, a 40-year old big box store employee who reinvents her life and her lifestyle by posing as a successful career woman in order to fulfill her lifelong dream.

Also co-starring in the comedy are "This is Us" star Milo Ventimiglia as Maya’s boyfriend Trey, and playing Maya's best friend is JLo's real-life BFF Leah Remini as Joan, whose son has created Maya's alternate persona via the help of Facebook.

Veteran comedy director Peter Segal (Grudge Match, 50 First Dates, Tommy Boy) helms the pic, which also stars Vanessa Hudgens, Larry Miller, Dierdre Friel, Lacretta, Charlyne Yi, and Treat Williams.

"Second Act" is due to arrive in theaters on November 21st.

Second Act is a comedy in the vein of Working Girl and Maid In Manhattan. Jennifer Lopez stars as Maya, a 40-year-old woman struggling with frustrations from unfulfilled dreams. Until, that is, she gets the chance to prove to Madison Avenue that street smarts are as valuable as book smarts, and that it is never too late for a Second Act.
