Hulu's Harlots: Season 2 — Official Trailer

Hulu has released the official trailer for Season 2 of the 18th-century-set brothel drama "Harlots," which stars Samantha Morton (Fantastic Beasts) and recent Oscar-nominee Lesley Manville (Phantom Thread) as hard-working madams who have established rival bordellos in London.

Liv Tyler (from HBO's "The Leftovers" and "The Lord of the Rings" Films) has joined the cast of the new season, in which she plays a conniving aristocratic socialite who has come to the city to shake things up.

The streaming series, created by British actress Alison Newman and British writer Moira Buffini (Byzantium, 2011's Jane Eyre), also stars "Downton Abbey" alum Jessica Brown Findlay as Morton's eldest daughter who is also one of the most coveted courtesans in London.

"Harlots: Season 2" is due to premiere July 11th on Hulu.

Margaret Wells (Samantha Morton) struggles to reconcile her roles as brothel owner and mother to daughters Charlotte (Jessica Brown Findlay) and Lucy (Eloise Smyth). When her business comes under attack from Lydia Quigley (Lesley Manville), a rival madam with a ruthless streak, Margaret must fight back even if it means losing her family and possibly her life.
