The Summer of Brolin continues... While Josh Brolin is keeping himself busy by dominating this Summer's Box Office, Netflix decides to strike while the iron is hot by releasing Brolin's next feature, "The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter." Check out the film's new official trailer which recently screened at the SXSW Film Festival.

The new comedy is the latest from "Eastbound & Down" and "Vice Principals" masterminds Jody Hill and Danny McBride and stars Brolin as a renowned deer hunter named Buck Ferguson, who is busy attempting to rekindle a relationship with his young estranged son by planning a male-bonding weekend trip in the great outdoors. Accompanying him on their adventure is Buck's trusted cameraman Don, (played by Danny McBride,) who is in charge of capturing every tender moment between father and son that'll hopefully be Buck's greatest achievement to date.

Directed by Jody Hill, with a script by Hill, McBride, and their frequent writing collaborator John Carcieri (Eastbound & Down, Vice Principals), the film also co-stars Scoot McNairy, Carrie Coon, and "Young Sheldon" star Montana Jordan as Buck's easily-annoyed young son, Jaden.

"The Legacy of a Whitetail Deer Hunter" is set to start streaming Exclusively for Netflix subscribers starting on July 6th.

Buck Ferguson (Josh Brolin), famous for hunting whitetail deer, plans a special episode of his hunting show around a bonding weekend with his estranged son, Jaden (Montana Jordan). With trusted - but hapless - cameraman and friend Don (Danny McBride) in tow, Buck sets out for what soon becomes an unexpectedly epic adventure of father-son reconnection in the great outdoors.
