The Domestics — Trailer

Kate Bosworth (aka Lois Lane from "Superman Returns") is starring opposite Tyler Hoechlin (aka Superman from TV's "Supergirl") as a "domestic" married couple trying to survive a dangerous journey as they travel through a gang-infested wasteland in the official trailer for the post-apocalyptic horror thriller "The Domestics."

The film, which marks the feature debut of writer-director Mike P. Nelson, is set in a future dystopian America where the country has now divided itself into several savage territories, each ruled by a gang tribe: they're the Gamblers, the Sheets, the Plowboys, the Cherries, the Nailers, and, finally, the Domestics.

Co-starring The Wire's Lance Reddick as a fellow survivalist who invites the traveling couple to his home for a "late lunch," the thriller is produced by Gianni Nunnari, the producer of "300" and "From Dusk Till Dawn."

"The Domestics" is being released in select theaters and will be made available On-Demand beginning June 29th. Watch the trailer, above.

In a terrifying post-apocalyptic world inhabited by murderous gangs divided into deadly factions, Nina and Mark race desperately across the lawless countryside in search of safety and must work together as they are pushed to the breaking point in order to survive.
