Author Jenny Han's best-selling teen romance novel "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" has been adapted into a new Netflix original movie, and the streaming company has just released its first official trailer.

Directed by "Carrie Pilby" director Susan Johnson, the film stars Lana Condor (Jubilee from "X-Men: Apocalypse") as a 16-year-old socially awkward girl named Lara Jean, whose life is upended when her five secret love letters -- five for each boy she likes at her high school -- are accidentally mailed out and sent to her crushes.

The cast also includes Noah Centineo (TV's The Fosters), Israel Broussard (Happy Death Day), Trezzo Mahoro (TV's Van Helsing), Jordan Burtchett (TV's The Killing), Emilija Baranac (TV's Riverdale), Madeleine Arthur (Big Eyes), Anna Cathcart (Descendants 2), and Janel Parrish (TV's Pretty Little Liars) with a supporting performance by John Corbett (My Big Fat Greek Wedding) as Lara Jean's father.

From an adapted screenplay penned by Sofia Alvarez, "To All the Boys I've Loved Before" is due to premiere on August 17th on Netflix.
