Disney has unveiled the first official teaser trailer for "Dumbo," director Tim Burton's forthcoming live-action adaptation of the timeless adventure tale about a young flying elephant with huge floppy ears.
Based on the 1941 Disney animated classic, the film stars Colin Farrell, Danny DeVito, Eva Green, Alan Arkin, and Michael Keaton, who reunites with Burton for the fourth time, following "Batman," "Batman Returns," and "Beetlejuice."
The film, which also stars newcomers Nico Parker and Finley Hobbins, focuses on a circus family who takes in an unusual baby elephant, only to later discover that it can use its special over-sized ears to fly.
Featuring music by Burton's long-time composer Danny Elman and written by "Transformers" scribe Ehren Kruger, "Dumbo" is currently slated for a March 2019 theatrical release. In the meantime, check out the trailer, above.
