It looks as if Keanu Reeves is going to wish that he'd taken the "blue pill" after he finds himself left out in the freezing cold trying to sell some fake blue diamonds in his new thriller "Siberia."

Check out the film's new trailer, written by Scott B. Smith (A Simple Plan) and directed by Matthew Ross (Frank and Lola), which will be released in select theaters next month.

In the film, Reeves stars as Lucas Hill, an American black market diamond dealer who travels to Russia to investigate a shipment of fake blue diamonds. But although they are the best fakes he's ever scene, he can't in good intentions sell them to his clients. Unfortunately for Hill, his new Russian partner sees nothing but green on selling these "questionable" diamonds, and backing out of the deal is going to be quite difficult.

"Siberia" is set to open in select theaters and will be available On Demand starting on July 13th.

synopsis:
An American diamond merchant travels to Russia to sell rare blue diamonds of questionable origin. As the deal begins to collapse he falls into an obsessive relationship with a Russian cafe owner in a small Siberian town. As their passion builds, so does the treacherous world of the diamond trade from which he is unable to extricate himself. Both collide as the American man desperately looks for escape in a world with no exit.
