Oh, no. It appears everything isn't so awesome. But that doesn't mean your favorite block-shaped hero, Emmet, feels any less than his normal peppy self, despite the fact that his once colorful Lego World has now turned into a Mad Max-like post-apocalyptic wasteland! Eek!

Check out the just-released official teaser trailer for "The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part." It's the highly anticipated sequel to the 2014 WB animated blockbuster that's based on the uber-popular Lego construction toy line. And Chris Pratt and Elizabeth Banks have returned to lend their voices and star as the Master Builder couple Emmet Brickowski and Lucy "Wyldstyle."

Filmmakers Phil Lord and Chris Miller have also returned, and this time they are only producing the animated comedy for which they also co-wrote the script with comic writers Raphael Bob-Waksberg and Michelle Morgan.

Additionally, the voice cast includes Tiffany Haddish, Nick Offerman, Alison Brie, and Charlie Day with Will Arnett, Channing Tatum, and Jonah Hill back to reprise the voices of Batman, Superman, and Green Lantern, respectively.

"Trolls" director Mike Mitchell directs the film, which isn't hitting theaters until February 2019.

synopsis:
The much-anticipated sequel to the critically acclaimed, global box office phenomenon that started it all, “The LEGO Movie 2: The Second Part,” reunites the heroes of Bricksburg in an all new action-packed adventure to save their beloved city. It’s been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild.

The battle to defeat them and restore harmony to the LEGO universe will take Emmet, Lucy, Batman and their friends to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a strange galaxy where everything is a musical.
