Meet Henrietta "Henry" Cole. She's a typical teen with typical teen problems. Yet she possesses a special ability that has to be seen to be believed.

Check out the new official trailer for "Impulse," a supernatural suspense-thriller series that will begin streaming on YouTube Red next month.

Starring Maddie Hasson (Twisted, Mr. Mercedes) as 16-year-old outcast "Henry" who begins to suffer from strange coma-inducing seizures, only to discover that it's a symptom of her newly gifted ability to teleport, which gets her in a whole mess of trouble, the web drama is loosely based on the third novel in Steven Gould's best-selling "Jumper" series.

The series is created and executive produced by filmmaker Doug Liman, who directed the "Jumper" movie in 2008, but is better known for directing the hit action thrillers "The Bourne Identity," "Mr. & Mrs. Smith," and "Edge of Tomorrow."

Co-starring Missi Pyle (Gone Girl), David James Elliott (TV's JAG), Sarah Desjardins (TV's Van Helsing), Enuka Okuma (TV's Rookie Blue), and Craig Arnold (TV's Degrassi: The Next Generation), "Impulse" runs for ten episodes and will premiere Wednesday, June 6 on YouTube Red.

In the upcoming YouTube Red Original Drama Series IMPULSE, 16-year-old Henry Coles is an outsider in her new town of Reston, New York. With a major chip on her shoulder and no friends, she remains withdrawn and isolated, but everything changes when a traumatic encounter with a classmate triggers something deep within Henry -- unleashing a power she cannot control.
