Batman's beloved teen sidekick Robin will be appearing on the big-screen this summer. So, why is no one in Hollywood taking him seriously?

Check out the new official trailer for "Teen Titans GO! to the Movies," the upcoming animated superhero comedy, which is the big-screen adaptation of the hit Cartoon Network series based on the popular DC superhero team, 'Teen Titans'.

Directed by series creators Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail, the animated superhero satire follows Robin and his fellow Titan teammates (Cyborg, Raven, Beast Boy, and Starfire) as they march into Hollywood to demand their own big-budget summer movie, only to discover that to be recognized as a serious comic book property they must find their own formidable arch-nemesis . Enter Deadpool ... ahh, heh, oops, we mean, SLADE! -- aka Deathstroke (voiced by Will Arnett).

Featuring a voice cast that includes Scott Menville, Tara Strong, Khary Payton, Greg Cipes, and Hynden Walch with Kristen Bell voicing an A-list film director and Nicolas Cage as the one and only Superman, the WB comedy is currently scheduled to open in theaters July 27th.

synopsis:
When the Teen Titans go to the big screen, they go big! "Teen Titans GO! to the Movies" finds our egocentric, wildly satirical Super Heroes in their first feature film extravaganza --a fresh, gleefully clever, kid-appropriately crass and tongue-in-cheek play on the superhero genre, complete with musical numbers.

It seems to the Teens that all the major superheroes out there are starring in their own movies--everyone but the Teen Titans, that is! But de facto leader Robin is determined to remedy the situation, and be seen as a star instead of a sidekick. If only they could get the hottest Hollywood film director to notice them. With a few madcap ideas and a song in their heart, the Teen Titans head to Tinsel Town, certain to pull off their dream. But when the group is radically misdirected by a seriously Super-Villain and his maniacal plan to take over the Earth, things really go awry. The team finds their friendship and their fighting spirit failing, putting the very fate of the Teen Titans themselves on the line!
