Netflix has released the official trailer for "Dear White People: Vol. 2," the upcoming second season of the edgy satirical college comedy series, which explores the polarizing issues surrounding race, gender, and politics.

Based on writer-director Justin Simien's 2014 Sundance-winning film of the same name, the Netflix series stars Logan Browning as a controversial college radio show host who has raised several hot-button issues regarding racial politics that have stirred up anger, tension, and frustration among the student body at her Ivy League school.

Also starring Brandon P. Bell, DeRon Horton, John Patrick Amedori, Marque Richardson, Antoinette Robertson, and Ashley Blaine Featherson, "Dear White People: Vol. 2" will start streaming on Netflix next week, beginning Friday, May 4th.
