WB has released the first official teaser trailer for "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald," the highly anticipated sequel to J.K. Rowling's hit "Harry Potter" prequel featuring the adventures of eccentric magizoologist Newt Scamander (played by Eddie Redmayne).

The upcoming film, which is the second installment of a five-part original movie series set in J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World, features Jude Law as a young Albus Dumbledore with Johnny Depp playing the evil Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald.

The cast also includes returning actors Katherine Waterston, Alison Sudol, Dan Fogler, and Ezra Miller while new additions include Zoe Kravitz and Callum Turner.

Once again directed by "Harry Potter" vet David Yates and written by Rowling, "Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald" will be released in theaters on November 16th.

synopsis:
At the end of the first film, the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne). But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings.

In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world.
