"Requiem," a six-part British mystery thriller that aired in the U.K. last month, will be making its U.S. debut later this month, courtesy of Netflix. And the streaming company has just released the show's official U.S. trailer.

Created and written by British television writer Kris Mrksa (Underbelly, The Slap), "Requiem" stars Lydia Wilson (Star Trek: Beyond, Ripper Street) as a young Welsh cellist who dives into a supernatural-tinged investigation following the unexpected suicide death of her mother.

Directed by Mahalia Belo (Ellen) and co-starring Joel Fry (Game of Thrones), James Frecheville (The Stanford Prison Experiment), Brendan Coyle (Downton Abbey), Claire Rushbrook (Whitechapel), Richard Harrington (Poldark), and Tara Fitzgerald (Game of Thrones), "Requiem" will start streaming in the U.S. March 23rd on Netflix.

Requiem follows award-winning cellist Matilda Gray (Lydia Wilson) as she seeks to solve the mystery behind her mother's suicide. Evidence linking her mother to the unsolved case of a missing child in Wales is just the beginning of Matilda's dark journey to the truth.
