Netflix has released the trailer for "First Match," an inner-city drama about an African-American teenage girl from Brooklyn who decides to join the high school boys' wrestling team.

The film stars up-and-comer Elvire Emanuelle as the streetwise wrestling recruit while Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, from Netflix's "The Get Down" and "The Greatest Showman," plays the girl's estranged homeless father. Meanwhile, Colman Domingo, star of AMC's "Fear the Walking Dead," co-stars as the school's wrestling coach.

Marking the feature debut of writer-director Olivia Newman and based on her award-winning 2010 short film of the same name, "First Match" will be making its world premiere this weekend at the SXSW Film Festival before being released on Netflix on Friday, March 30th.
