Its been awhile since Dwayne Johnson was in a tag-team match, and it looks like he picked the right partner to help him save the world: George, the giant mutated gorilla with an axe to grind!

Check out a new full-length trailer for "Rampage," starring Johnson and his best friend George as they go up against a giant mutated flying wolf and water lizard that are out to destroy the world.

Based on the 1980s arcade game, Dwayne Johnson plays a primatologist who helped raise a silverback gorilla, named George who gets sprayed by a mysterious gas that mutates his genes, which is turning him into a rampaging giant. Helping to try to find a cure for George's dilemma is Moonlight's Naomie Harris as a geneticist named Dr. Kate Caldwell, while Malin Akerman (Watchmen) plays the person behind the top-secret project gone wrong.

Directed by "San Andreas" helmer Brad Peyton, the film also co-stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan (TV’s The Walking Dead) and Joe Manganiello (True Blood).

"Rampage" bursts its way into theaters starting on April 20th.

synopsis:
Primatologist Davis Okoye (Dwayne Johnson), a man who keeps people at a distance, shares an unshakable bond with George, the extraordinarily intelligent, silverback gorilla who has been in his care since birth. But a rogue genetic experiment gone awry mutates this gentle ape into a raging creature of enormous size. To make matters worse, it’s soon discovered there are other similarly altered animals. As these newly created alpha predators tear across North America, destroying everything in their path, Okoye teams with a discredited genetic engineer to secure an antidote, fighting his way through an ever-changing battlefield, not only to halt a global catastrophe but to save the fearsome creature that was once his friend.
