Although he suffered a bad ankle injury in a stunt-gone-wrong accident during last summer's film shoot, Tom Cruise has, nevertheless, come roaring back to reprise his role as IMF super-spy Ethan Hunt.

Check out the first official trailer for Cruise's sixth undercover-spy outing "Mission: Impossible - Fallout," the latest installment in the action film franchise, which is once again directed and co-written by Christopher McQuarrie (Jack Reacher, MI: Rogue Nation).

In addition to Cruise's Ethan Hunt, the film will also see the return of Ethan's trusty IMF teammates and not-so-trusty associates, Luther Stickell (Ving Rhames), Benji Dunn (Simon Pegg), Ilsa Faust (Rebecca Ferguson), and Secretary Alan Hunley (Alec Baldwin) with Michelle Monaghan returning as Ethan's wife. Meanwhile, a mustachioed Superman, aka Henry Cavill, has also joined the cast as Ethan's new buffed-up rival.

"Mission: Impossible - Fallout" is hitting theaters this summer, beginning July 27th.
