Julius Ramsay, a television director and three-time Emmy-nominated editor whose works include directing and editing several episodes of AMC's hit zombie series "The Walking Dead" and directing an episode of Cinemax's supernatural thriller show "Outcast," makes his feature directorial debut with "Midnighters," a crime horror thriller about a married couple trying to survive a tense-filled New Years day after accidentally running over a mysterious drifter with their car the night before.
