Golden Globe-winning British actress Claire Foy, who just finished her two-season run on the hit Netflix series "The Crown," is steadily moving into feature films. Following her co-starring turn in last year's tearjerker "Breathe," Foy is now teaming up with acclaimed prolific filmmaker Steven Soderbergh (Traffic, Logan Lucky) for his upcoming digitally-shot psychological horror thriller "Unsane," for which the first trailer has just been released.

The thriller, which was secretly done under the radar and shot entirely with iPhone cameras, sees Foy as a psychologically troubled American woman who believes she is being aggressively pursued by a stalker, so she seeks help from authorities. Little does she know that she has checked herself into a mental hospital, and the disturbing image of her stalker might merely be something she is conjuring up in her mind.

Co-starring Joshua Leonard, Juno Temple, Amy Irving, and Zach Cherry, "Unsane" will be hitting theaters on March 23rd.

synopsis:
A young woman is involuntarily committed to a mental institution where she is confronted by her greatest fear -- but is it real or is it a product of her delusion?
