From Rob Cohen, the action director of "The Fast and the Furious" and "xXx," comes a new heart-pounding heist thriller set during a Category 5 storm.

Check out the official trailer for "The Hurricane Heist," which sees Maggie Grace (Taken), Ryan Kwanten (True Blood), and Toby Kebbell (Kong: Skull Island) in an action-packed spectacle about a professional gang of thieves trying to break into a U.S. treasury facility in Alabama to steal $600 million at the same time as the city is about to be hit by the most powerful storm of the century.

The film, which co-stars Ralph Ineson (The Witch), Melissa Bolona (Acts of Violence), Jamie Cutler (Kick-Ass 2), and Ben Cross (Chariots of Fire), is being released in theaters on March 9th, through the newly established U.S. distribution company, Entertainment Studios Motion Pictures.

synopsis:
A crew of thieves plans the ultimate heist, to steal $600 million from the U.S. treasury facility located on the Gulf Coast of Alabama using a hurricane as their cover. When the storm blows up into a lethal CATEGORY 5 and their well-made plans go awry, they find themselves needing a vault code known only by one female Treasury Agent, a need that turns murderous. But the Treasury agent has picked up an unlikely ally, a meteorologist terrified of hurricanes but determined to save his estranged brother kidnapped by the thieves. He uses his knowledge of the storm as a weapon to defeat the bad guys in this non-stop action/thriller.
