A horror writer confronts her dark and terrifying past when she returns to her childhood home and reunites with her psychologically scarred sister.

Check out the newly released international trailer for "Ghostland," an English-language supernatural thriller from French horror filmmaker Pascal Laugier (of "The Tall Man" and "Martyrs"), which stars Crystal Reed (from FOX's "Gotham" and MTV's "Teen Wolf") as a best-selling horror novelist who, after writing one of her most personal novels, revisits the scene of a traumatic event from her past -- the childhood home where her and her sister was brutally attack by a psychopath.

Also, starring Anastasia Phillips (CW's Reign, TV's Bomb Girls) as the emotionally disturbed sister and French-Canadian recording artist/actress Mylene Farmer as the aunt, "Ghostland" (formerly titled "Incident in a Ghostland") is scheduled to premiere in a couple of weeks in France at the 2018 Festival du Film Fantastique de Gerardmer.

The film will open internationally in March with a U.S. release to follow.

Following the death of her aunt, Pauline and her two daughters inherit a house. But the first night, murderers enter the house and Pauline must fight to save his daughters. A drama that will traumatize the whole family but especially affect differently each of the girls whose personalities will diverge further after this nightmarish night.

While Beth becomes a renowned author specializing in horror literature, Vera gets bogged down in destructive paranoia. Sixteen years later, the family is reunited again in the house that Vera and Pauline never left. Strange events will then begin to occur...
