The directing-and-writing team that brought you "Juno" and "Young Adult" is back with a new feature film that's offering an honest portrait of modern-day motherhood.

Check out the first trailer for director Jason Reitman and screenwriter Diablo Cody's upcoming motherhood dramedy "Tully," starring Charlize Theron as an exhausted mother of three who is surprised to learn that her brother has hired a professional night nanny to look after her newborn child, so she can catch up on some much-needed rest.

Mackenzie Davis, who recently appeared in "Blade Runner 2049" and starred in the Emmy-winning "San Junipero" episode of "Black Mirror, plays Tully, the titular nanny. Meanwhile, Ron Livingston is co-starring as Theron's husband and Mark Duplass as Theron's brother.

"Tully" is Theron, Reitman, and Cody's second collaboration together, following 2011's "Young Adult," and it's going to be hitting theaters on April 20th.

synopsis:
Marlo (Academy Award-winner Charlize Theron), a mother of three including a newborn, is gifted a night nanny by her brother (Mark Duplass). Hesitant to the extravagance at first, Marlo comes to form a unique bond with the thoughtful, surprising, and sometimes challenging young nanny named Tully (Mackenzie Davis).
