Syfy's hit horror anthology series is returning next month with its third installment, and the cable network has released a trailer.

Check out a hair-raising sneak peek at "Channel Zero: Butcher's Block," the upcoming six-part horror thriller inspired by "Search and Rescue Woods," which is a "Creepypasta" horror tale that was created by Kerry Hammond.

The Syfy series stars Olivia Luccardi (from the horror movie "It Follows") as a young woman who, while taking care of her schizophrenic older sister (Teen Wolf's Holland Roden), discovers a creepy staircase in an abandoned neighborhood. She believes the strange structure has something to do with the recent reports of missing people in her town.

Veteran character actor Rutger Hauer (Blade Runner, The Hitcher) co-stars as a mysterious figure while Brandon Scott (2016's Blair Witch) and Krisha Fairchild (Krisha) round out the cast.

Written and produced by series creator Nick Antosca, "Butcher's Block" is directed by newcomer Arkasha Stevenson, who helms all six episodes.

"Channel Zero: Butcher's Block" premieres Wednesday, February 7th on SyFy.
