Euphoria — International Trailer

A newly released international trailer for "Euphoria" offers the first look at the upcoming onscreen pairing of Swedish Oscar-winner Alicia Vikander and French actress Eva Green.

Marking the English-language debut of acclaimed Swedish filmmaker Lisa Langseth (Hotel, Pure), "Euphoria" casts Vikander and Green as two sisters who reunite after many years apart. They make an attempt to reconcile their differences and personal issues when one of them, who is terminally ill, chooses to end her life at a private health clinic in Europe.

Veteran English actress Charlotte Rampling (45 Years, Swimming Pool) also stars as one of the main caretakers at the countryside clinic, who also seems to be acting as the resident therapist.

The film co-stars "Game of Thrones" alums Charles Dance and Mark Stanley while rounding out the supporting cast is Adrian Lester (London Spy, The Day After Tomorrow).

"Euphoria," which is Vikander and filmmaker Langseth's third collaboration together, premiered at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival. The movie is getting an international theatrical release in February, but, as of yet, does not have a U.S. release date.
