Insidious: The Last Key — New Trailer

Here's a new trailer for "Insidious: The Last Key," the upcoming fourth chapter of the popular horror franchise from "Blumhouse" producer Jason Blum and created by horror filmmakers Leigh Whannell and James Wan (of the "Saw" franchise).

Directed by "The Taking of Deborah Logan" director Adam Robitel, the film will once again have veteran character actress Lin Shaye reprising her role as paranormal investigator Dr. Elise Rainier. This time, however, it seems Rainier is going to be investigating her own family's house, which has a long and dark history of strange and frightening occurrences.

Again written by Whannell, who wrote all the films in the "Insidious" series -- and made his directorial debut with Chapter Three, "The Last Key" also stars Spencer Locke, Caitlin Gerard, Angus Sampson, Bruce Davison, Kirk Acevedo, and Hana Hayes.

The film is due to hit theaters January 5th.
