When he's not talking to fish as Aquaman, "Justice League" star Jason Momoa can be seen wielding a huge bloody tomahawk as an 18th-Century fur trapper in the Netflix series "Frontier," which returns next week with its Second Season.

The Canadian-produced series, which also stars Landon Liboiron (Hemlock Grove), Evan Jonigkeit (X-Men: Days of Future Past), Zoe Boyle (Downton Abbey), and Shawn Doyle (Big Love), explores the cutthroat world of the fur trapping business in 18th-century North America, following the exploits of a half-Irish, half-native American woodsman named Declan Harp (Momoa) who is currently waging a brutal war against his former bosses: Canada's own Hudson's Bay Company.

Blockbuster director Brad Peyton (San Andreas, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island) helms the opening episode of "Frontier: Season 2," which is set to stream Friday, November 24th on Netflix.
