A creepy hobo hiker terrorizes a young mother and her son in the trailer for the camping-trip-gone-terribly-wrong horror film "Desolation."
Starring Jaimi Paige (Peacock), Alyshia Ochse (HBO's True Detective), Toby Nichols (Marvel's Iron Fist), and Claude Duhamel as the bearded, sunglasses-wearing antagonist, the indie thriller marks the screenwriting debuts of writers Matt Anderson and Michael Larson-Kangas -- as well as the feature directorial debut of indie filmmaker Sam Patton, who began his film career working as a production assistant on such films as "The Purge" and "Love & Mercy".
Following its premiere at this year's L.A. Film Festival, where it screened in the Nightfall section, "Desolation" is receiving a theatrical and VOD release on December 15th.
