added: Tue, Oct 31st '17

Check out a brand-new trailer for "Damnation," USA's Depression-era western series starring Logan Marshall-Green (Prometheus, TV's Quarry) and Killian Scott ('71).

Created and written by "Longmire" writer Tony Tost, the cable drama is set in the 1930s and focuses on an increasingly bloody confrontation between fed-up farmers and tyrannical bankers.

Scott plays a bitter Iowa preacher who launches a farm strike, while Marshall-Green plays his brother, a hired enforcer sent in to break up the strike by any means necessary.

Among the supporting cast are Sarah Jones (Hulu's The Path), Christopher Heyerdahl (AMC's Hell on Wheels), Chasten Harmon (Paterson), and Melinda Page Hamilton (TV's Rectify).

Veteran TV director-producer Adam Kane (American Gods, Heroes) directs the opening episodes of the nine-part drama, which is scheduled to premiere Tuesday, November 7th on the USA network.

An epic saga about the secret history of the 1930's American heartland, Damnation centers on the mythic conflict and bloody struggle between big money and the downtrodden, God and greed, charlatans, and prophets. The pilot introduces Seth Davenport (Killian Scott), a man masquerading as a small town Iowa preacher in the hopes of starting a full-blown insurrection against the status quo. Focused on his mission, he is unaware that an industrialist tycoon has hired a professional strikebreaker named Creeley Turner (Logan Marshall-Green) to stop the uprising by any means necessary. But unbeknownst to those around them, these two men already share a secret bloody past.
