Check out the trailer for the 30th Anniversary re-release of director Rob Reiner's beloved fairy-tale swashbuckling comedy, which tells a beautiful love story between a maiden-turned-princess and a farm hand-turned-pirate. And yes, of course, the story also has "fencing, fighting, torture, revenge, giants, monsters, chases, escapes, true love, miracles..." and so on.

Based on the fantasy romance novel by Oscar-winning writer William Goldman, the film stars Robin Wright, Cary Elwes, Mandy Patinkin, Andre the Giant, Chris Sarandon, Christopher Guest, with Wallace Shawn, Billy Crystal, Carol Kane, Fred Savage and Peter Falk.

With the help of Fathom Events and Turner Classic Movies, "The Princess Bride" will celebrate its 30th anniversary with a special theatrical re-release, which is slated for Sunday, October 15th and Wednesday, October 18th.

The event will also include a new, exclusive taped interview with TCM host Ben Mankiewicz and filmmaker Rob Reiner.
