Okay, right at this moment, "Star Wars" fans all over the world are feeling a great disturbance in the Force. It's as if millions of voices suddenly screamed out and were suddenly silenced ... for about 2 and half minutes, then screamed again in pure joy!

So what are you waiting for?! Go ahead and check out the new full-length trailer for what will probably be the biggest film of 2017, "Star Wars: The Last Jedi."

Set immediately after the events of "The Force Awakens," the second installment of the current trilogy reopens the story of spunky scavenger Rey (Daisy Ridley) and follows her seemingly inevitable journey toward becoming a fearless Jedi warrior. When we last left her, Rey had just traveled to the planet Ahch-To, where a self-exiled Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) has been hiding out for several years. Under the suspicious gaze of a disillusioned Skywalker, Rey tries to master the ways of the Force.

Meanwhile, ex-stormtrooper-turned-resistance fighter Finn (John Boyega) finds himself on his own journey on the other side of the galaxy, partnering up with a maintenance mechanic named Rose Tico (Kelly Marie Tran).

Rian Johnson, the acclaimed filmmaker behind the films "Looper" and "Brick," writes and directs this eighth "Star Wars" episode, which features returning cast members Oscar Isaac as X-wing hero pilot Poe Dameron; Adam Driver as the Dark Side disciple Kylo Ren; Andy Serkis as Supreme Leader Snoke; Domhnall Gleeson as First Order General Hux; Gwendoline Christie as Captain Phasma; Anthony Daniels as C-3PO; and the late, great Carrie Fisher (in her final film role) as General Leia Organa.

While new cast members include Benicio del Toro and Laura Dern.

"Star Wars: The Last Jedi" opens everywhere on December 15th.

Having taken her first steps into a larger world in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Rey continues her epic journey with Finn, Poe and Luke Skywalker in the next chapter of the saga.
