"The future is still human."

Amazon Studios has unveiled the official trailer for Philip K. Dick's "Electric Dreams," a new anthology series based on the short stories by the legendary science-fiction novelist, whose works were developed into the acclaimed sci-fi films "Blade Runner," "Total Recall," "A Scanner Darkly" and "Minority Report" -- as well as Amazon's acclaimed alternate-history series "The Man in High Castle."

Executive produced by Emmy-winning "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston (who also appears in an episode) and Emmy-winning producer/director Michael Dinner (The Wonder Years, Justified, Sneaky Pete) along with "Battlestar Galactica" and "Outlander" showrunner Ronald D. Moore, the science-fiction series offers ten standalone stories, all of which will explore humanity's place in the future.

Like "Twilight Zone" and "Black Mirror," "Electric Dreams" features an impressive line-up of guest stars that includes the likes of Steve Buscemi, Anna Paquin, Terrence Howard, Janelle Monae, Timothy Spall, Jack Reynor, Mireille Enos, Greg Kinnear, Benedict Wong, Geraldine Chaplin, Richard Madden and much more.

Philip K. Dick's "Electric Dreams" is slated for a 2018 release on Amazon Prime.
