Word to the wise: if you walk inside a stranger's house and you suddenly see a bearded Mark Duplass standing inside the kitchen next to a blender -- don't walk, RUN! Escape from that place as fast as you can!

Check out the newly released trailer for "Creep 2," the sequel to the 2015 cult horror thriller that features actor-filmmaker Mark Duplass (FX's The League) as a creepy weirdo who lures unsuspecting victims to his house with a bogus Craigslist ad.

This time the sequel, which is shot like a youtube video, follows a female vlogger (played by actress-filmmaker Desiree Akhavan; of HBO's "Girls" and "Appropriate Behavior") as she answers random online personal ads as part of her new internet show called "Encounters." Things take a dark turn, however, when she finds herself interviewing a lonely 40-year-old documentary filmmaker (Duplass) who turns out to be a real creep.

The film is produced by Jason Blum, of Blumhouse Productions, and directed by Patrick Brice, who wrote and helmed the original "Creep" movie and the dark comedy "The Overnight."

"Creep 2" will be released digitally on October 24th.
