Daddy's Home 2 — New Trailer

Sometimes a nice Christmas function can have too many Dads -- especially if one Dad has "piercing eyes like a velociraptor."

Check out the new full-length trailer for "Daddy's Home 2," the upcoming sequel to Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell's 2015 Christmas comedy about an insecure stepdad and an overly-competitive dad who engage in a heated contest to win the affection of the same set of children.

This time Ferrell's Brad and Wahlberg's Dusty are now "bros" and have set aside their differences as they work harmoniously together to raise their family in a wholesome environment with the support of Dusty's ex-wife and Brad's current wife, Sara (Linda Cardellini). However, their new and approved friendship is put to the test when Dusty's alpha-male father, Kurt (played by none other than Mel Gibson), decides to spend Christmas with his grandchildren. But the Holidays wouldn't be complete if Brad's own father (played by an overly-affectionate John Lithgow), didn't drop by as well.

Written and directed by Sean Anders (Daddy's Home, Horrible Bosses 2), "Daddy's Home 2" is slated for a November 10th release.

In the sequel to the 2015 global smash, father and stepfather, Dusty (Mark Wahlberg) and Brad (Will Ferrell), have joined forces to provide their kids with the perfect Christmas. Their newfound partnership is put to the test when Dusty's old-school, macho Dad (Mel Gibson) and Brad's ultra-affectionate and emotional Dad (John Lithgow) arrive just in time to throw the holiday into complete chaos.
