Netflix's Mindhunter — Promo Clip: 'Sex With Your Face'

To get inside the mind of a serial killer, you must first have a sit-down interview with one. And Jonathan Groff does exactly that in a new 30-second promo clip from Netflix's new dark crime series "Mindhunter," which hails from executive producers David Fincher (House of Cards, Zodiac), Joshua Donen (Gone Girl), Charlize Theron (Girlboss), and Cean Chaffin (Gone Girl, Fight Club).

Watch the former "Glee" star as he plays a young FBI criminal profiler who has chosen to sit down with a 300-lb, 6-foot 9, convicted psychopath. Their interview starts off pretty rigidly ... well, it's "intense" to say the least.

Based on the best-seller "Mind Hunter: Inside FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit" by Mark Olshaker and John E. Douglas, the 1979-set thriller series also stars Holt McCallany (Shot Caller, Fightclub) as Groff's more experienced partner and follows them as they try to establish a new FBI department specializing in serial crimes.

Fincher directs the first two episodes of "Mindhunter," which is slated to debut on Friday, October 13th only on Netflix.
