Netflix has released the first trailer for "Wormwood," a new original series from Oscar-winning documentary filmmaker Errol Morris (The Fog of War, The Thin Blue Line).
Combined with cinematic-style re-enactments that feature dramatic performances by Peter Sarsgaard and Tim Blake Nelson, the six-part docu-series explores the true story of an untold CIA cover-up that included "LSD experiments," "mind control," and "the death of a family man," who secretly worked for the American government as a military scientist during the Cold War.
Morris directs all six episodes of the Netflix series, which is currently slated for a December 15th release.
