NBC's This Is Us: Season 2 — Sneak Peek Clip

NBC has released a sneak peek clip from the eagerly anticipated Season 2 of the hit Emmy-nominated series "This Is Us."

In the three-minute scene, which features a quick flashback with Milo Ventimiglia's Jack, we see Randall (Sterling K. Brown) asking his adopted mother, Rebecca (Mandy Moore), for her thoughts on adoption.

"How did you guys decide ... with me?" Randall ask. "I know you guys didn't have a perfect marriage. You just lost a child. And you both just wanted me. Right away, just like that?" To which Rebecca replies "It's complicated."

Rebecca then goes into the flashback story of how her late, husband, Jack (Ventimiglia), first presented her with the idea of adopting Randall in the hospital. "Sometimes, in marriage, someone has to be the one to push to make the big moves. And often times in our marriage, yes, it was your father." At this point, things get really emotional. Best to have those tissues ready.

"This Is Us: Season 2" is set to premiere next month, beginning Tuesday, September 26th.
